STRONG I AM / NICHICAHTOC
Nichicahtoc (‘ni-chi-cah-toc’), Nahuatl (Aztec) for ‘Strong / I Am’ is a trilogy of portraits depicting powerful Aztec Goddesses, each featuring a corresponding jewellery piece, 3D printed from design elements within their respective work. A muted tonal palette serves to contrast and highlight the hand painted gold ink, an element synonymous with Aztec culture.
